The Coordinated Care Clinic to Refresh Web and Make a Social Media Push
Last Fall, New Horizons Wellness Services engaged LeftBrainRightBrain Marketing (LBRB) to develop a communication plan to support the relocation of their clinic. LBRB collaborated with Patrick and Melodie Ethel-King, the owners of the clinic, to craft both print and digital assets, including a new data sheet, event hand-outs, and an email marketing campaign. The campaign was a great success and ensured that the patients of the clinic were well informed about the new address, enhanced facilities and public transportation details to and from the new location.
Earlier this Spring, New Horizons and LBRB picked up the conversation, where the end of the comm plan for the move ended. The result was an agreement for LBRB to provide marketing support throughout a 12-month retainer agreement. Among the planned deliverables are a new website, support with monthly blogs and email blasts, social media support and ongoing maintenance and support.
“We’re very excited about this opportunity to grow our relationship with New Horizons,” said Drew Zagorski, LBRB Principal. “I personally feel very strongly about the importance of the work that Patrick and Melodie, and their team are doing. And I’m happy to have the chance to help them grow and strengthen their message and their brand.”
“As a therapy clinic, communication with our clients is the basis for successful relationships,” said Melodie Ethel-King. “LBRB understands this and has done a great job, and continues to deliver in helping us to get our message out to our current and future clients in a format that is clear and accessible.”
