October 2014 Featured Project – FACT Oregon Logo Design
During the early Fall of 2014 FACT Oregon, an LBRB client since 2011, contacted us to refresh their logo. The old logo played off of a painting as their primary brand identity. LBRB met with the FACT team to discuss what they were looking for in terms of a branding change – and specifically to talk through the ramifications of changing it, as FACT had used their logo since their launch.
LBRB recommended using a visual tie to their past logo so their current audience would be able to make that connection when the new logo launched. We hand drew the figures from the original logo’s painting, and selected a bolder typeface that played with their two primary colors. FACT has been thrilled with the new logo.
“Partnering with Drew Zagorski at LBRB Marketing has been tremendously beneficial to our organization! We were a small regional program, in receipt of our first federal grant, in need of a marketing strategy that would take us statewide. Drew hit it out of the park! He helped us freshen our look, maximize web presence, create print material for identified target audiences, and so much more! We regularly receive compliments on our branding and our ever-growing brand recognition.” — Roberta Dunn, Executive Director, FACT Oregon
